# Create and edit

Welcome to Storyonboards, your go-to online tool for crafting and editing storyboard scripts. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the process of creating and editing a storyboard, ensuring you can make the most out of our product.

### Create a Storyboard&#x20;

**1.Creating a Storyboard:** To start a new storyboard, simply login to your account and navigate to the project page. Click on the "Create a Project" button located at the top right corner to initiate the creation of a new storyboard.

**2.Rename Your Storyboard:** On the edit page, You'll find an edit button next to the current name at the top left corner.Click it, and a pop up will appear allowing you to rename your storyboard.

### Add Content

**1.Adding Frames:** To add frames to your storyboard, locate the "Add Frame" button in the tool bar at the top right. You can add a single frame with each click or use the"+5 Frames" or "+10 Frames" buttons to add five or ten frames at a time.

**2.Insert Frames:** To insert a new frame between existing ones, click the "+" icon located between any two frames. This will allow you to insert a new shot effortlessly.

**3.Add Images to Frames:** To add an image to a frame, hover your mouse over the placeholder image within the frame. An "Add an Image" button will appear. Click it to choose an image from your library or upload a new one.

**4.Add Annotations to Frames:**  Our product provides predefined annotation fields like Shot Size, Camera Move, Description, and Duration. You can make use of these to add relevant content and details to each frame.

### Sort and Delete

**1.Sort Frames:** If you need to adjust the order of frames, simply drag and drop them. Locate the move button at the left of each frame, then drag it up or down to reorganize your storyboard sequence.

**2.Delete Frames:** To remove a frame, find the delete button in the left-hand operation area of the frame row. Click to delete any unwanted frame from your storyboard.

### Save and Back&#x20;

1.Save：You can save your work anytime by clicking the Save button at the top of the page. This ensures your content is secure and up to date.

2.Back: By clicking the Back button, your work will be auto-saved, and you will be directed back to the project list page.

### Export your work

Once you have finished editing your storyboard, you can export your work. Click the "Download Shot list" button at the top right corner to export your content as a shot list in Excel format.
